Update 1.0.1

Version 1.0.1 includes the following changes:

• Added a new area in level 5
• Minor changes to player movement
• Fixed the problem where the ground shakes when you move
• There is no longer a suck puppet in level 2 (these will be added to another level in the future)
• Created level 6
